Loretta Poggio, Ph.D., is a marketing consultant, public speaker, and expert on multicultural marketing. Dr. Poggio has over 30 years experience in the direct marketing industry. She was one of the pioneers in ethnic surname research for Consumers Marketing Research, Inc. Dr. Poggio holds a Ph.D in sociology from The New School for Social Research in NYC.
 LAURA STEIN: Senior Sales, Marketing Consultant - Sales
Laura Stein is a Sales and Marketing Consultant with Ethnic Technologies. She came to Ethnic Technologies in 2001. Ms. Stein specializes in the Generation X and Generation Y segmentation of "Ethnic Youth" marketing, has a keen understanding of the marketing fads, and trends that today's ethnic youth are often affiliated with. Ms. Stein manages E-Tech's Ethnic "B to B" file and "Ethnic Email" file. Ms. Stein has extensive experience in customer service and sales. She has previous direct sales experience in the cosmetic industry. Ms. Stein holds a B.A. in Sociology and Education from the City University of New York.
 KAREN SINISI: Senior Account Manager - Sales
Karen Sinisi has 20+ years of experience in the Direct Marketing industry. She began her career in 1988 with Conrad Direct, working both in List Management and Brokerage with non-profits and publishers. She also spent several years at JAMI Marketing Services, working in List Management and cultivating new clients. Ms. Sinisi was a member of the Board Of Directors for the West Coast Chapter of the Florida Direct Marketing Association, and also held the position of Newsletter Editor for that organization. She has worked closely over the years with major mailers in such verticals as Financial, Non-Profit, Publishing, Sweepstakes, Insurance and Telecommunications. Ms. Sinisi speaks at DM and Multicultural conferences around the country and holds a B.A. in Anthropology/ Sociology from Rollins College in FL.
 PEG NORTH: Corporate Strategy and Business Development
Ms. North brings over 15 years of experience in data mining, analytics, business intelligence, online and offline to E-Tech clients. She has developed products, which are focused on multicultural CRM while working with major data compliers – Claritas and Acxiom as well as Equifax - a credit bureau. As a client using E-Tech tools, she leveraged E-Tech’s powerful ethnic and religious data in a number of B2C and B2B programs for publishing, health, financial, telecom and fund raising clients. In business and as a direct marketing educator; Peg brings her clients and students alike a strategic global marketing view, a passion for demographics and the focus to deliver.

 ALLAN LAWRENCE: Senior Member Technical Staff - IT
Allan Lawrence is a senior member of the technical staff. Mr. Lawrence has over 24 years of experience in the IT industry, with over 20 years of specializing in development in C/C++. His experience includes most PC based operating systems, including Unix and Linux, and he has extensive protocol knowledge including SMNP, TCP/IP, and OSI.
 LISA RADDING: Research and Product Development
Lisa Radding joined Ethnic Technologies, LLC in July 2008 after earning her B.A. in Linguistics from Syracuse University. Her specific background in onomastic research lends itself to a position in product development. At Ethnic Technologies, she continues the daily ethnic name research and product enhancement. Ms. Radding also oversees the company membership in the American Name Society, keeping abreast of new knowledge in the field of onomastics, particularly as it relates to ethnic research. In her spare time she coaches gymnastics and plays Ultimate Frisbee.
